Welcome to Isaac Royston. By browsing and using this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. These terms will apply to any contract between Isaac Royston and you for the sale of product to you. Please read these terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any product from the Website. By placing an order with Isaac Royston, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
CONFIRMATION
Once you have placed your order with Isaac Royston, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging the details of your order including your order reference number. It is therefore important that you enter your email address correctly when placing your order. Isaac Royston recommends saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with our Customer Service Department you may have in the future. An order confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after acknowledgement as proof of purchase (the “Confirmation Email”). The contract between you and Isaac Royston is only formed at the point Isaac Royston send you the Confirmation email. If Isaac Royston are unable to supply you with a product, for example because that product is not in stock or no longer available or because Isaac Royston cannot meet your requested delivery date, Isaac Royston will inform you of this by email and will not process your order. Isaac Royston will notify you if a replacement or equivalent product if available. If you have already paid for the product, Isaac Royston will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
Please Note:
Due to the high value of our products we require all deliveries to be signed for upon receipt and we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
PLACING AN ORDER?
Orders made in another person’s name without their consent, or any other financial damage suffered to that person or Isaac Royston will be reported to the police. Isaac Royston has the right to cancel any order at any time. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police and Isaac Royston reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is arisen. British law shall govern any dispute and any issues under these terms.
Warranty
Isaac Royston provides a two-year warranty for jewellery and watches from the date of purchase subject to normal conditions of “wear and tear”.
Jewellery warranty covers manufacturing defects.
All of our contemporary jewellery collections are hand-crafted using sterling silver and 18ct gold vermeil plating, whilst our fashion fine collections use the finest quality 14ct and 18ct solid gold.
This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper use, lack of cleaning, abuse, and normal wear and tear. Watch warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself, not the strap or battery.
Our watch warranty does not cover the following:
- Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
- Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear.
- In case the retail store and the purchase date are not indicated on the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten.
- Please be aware that Isaac Royston will charge for battery replacement.
In the event that a product is returned and adheres to this warranty a repair will be carried out or replacement product will be issued. If no replacement is available the customer may choose a product of the same value as their replacement but no cash refund will be made after 21 days of purchase. To make a claim under this warranty, please use Isaac Royston’s contact form on the “Contact Us” page. In the email you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the defect. You must provide Isaac Royston with proof of purchase to make a claim under this warranty. Isaac Royston may require you to return the product to process your warranty
PRODUCT & PRICING
Isaac Royston has the right to adjust prices and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as far as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the product. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings on your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
Delivery
UK DELIVERY
We offer free delivery to the UK on all orders. For local UK customers we deliver within 2-3 business days. We also offer Next Day UK Delivery for £5.00 delivery charge – orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
Our premium UK delivery services are subject to limitations and restrictions. Customers living in certain areas of the UK will not be guaranteed next day delivery and delivery can take up to 5 working days.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer free worldwide shipping when you spend over £150. Our standard international shipping time varies between 5-14 days.

Dates and times for delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They are also subject to any matter beyond Isaac Royston’s reasonable control.
Please note, orders will be dispatched once payment has successfully been cleared.
VAT, CUSTOMS & DUTIES OUTSIDE THE EU
It is the customer’s responsibility to adhere to their local tax regulations outside the EU; this includes import duty & customs fees as well as VAT. Please note that all customs charges & duties are charged by your local border force and not by Isaac Royston. We are unable to determine if and how much your charge will be.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
The purchaser has the right to return the purchase within 21 days given it is in resalable condition (unworn).
This right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as it was received and the security tag attached have not been damaged or removed.
Isaac Royston will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or show any signs of wear and tear. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
Purchasers using their right to return an order should ensure they use the materials and information as provided in the delivery note and follow the provided instructions. The order number and customer’s email address that was used to order will be required. Return shipping is paid by the consumer and it is recommended to return the item insured & signed for as we need to ensure receipt of the product to process your refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks, jewellery design, including the name ‘Isaac Royston’ and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by Isaac Royston and its licensors. The use of any Isaac Royston design, trademarks, photography, product names, layout, content, or service marks is strictly prohibited.
LIABILITY
We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden it must be reported immediately to the carrier within 48 hours. It is therefore important that you carefully examine your package when it arrives. Transport damage must also be reported to Isaac Royston, within 24 hours of receiving the product. Defective products returned to Isaac Royston will be treated as if they were in perfect working order when shipped as all our products are inspected when they are packaged. In the case of faults or defects in the product supplied. Isaac Royston bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm. We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. If you use the Products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation.
